When will my order be shipped?

AS OF 2021, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP.

Orders received before 4pm on weekdays will be processed that day and shipped the following day (provided the order is complete and all products are in stock) via USPS Priority Mail. Orders received after 5pm on weekdays will be processed the following day and shipped the day after. Orders received on the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Canceling or changing an order

If you need to cancel or change your order contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been processed we can accommodate you. If you order has already been processed you will be charged the full price.

Refunds

There are no refunds.

Quality Assurance

We strive to make the best possible product.  Most of our herbs are organic or wildcrafted. The herbs are sourced from companies who test the herbs for pesticides, sulphur, mold, bacteria, etc.

Our Process

We use organic cane alcohol and filtered water. Our tinctures are made in small batches using cold extraction or cold percolation. Volume to weight ratio is 1:5.  45-50% alcohol by volume.

What is the dosage?

Suggested Standard Dosage: 3-5 dropperfuls into warm/hot water, 2-3x per day.  

What is a dropperful? 

A dropperful is the amount of liquid you get when you squeeze plastic bulb at the top of glass pipette.  The liquid fills the pipette part way and this is considered a dropperful.  This amount is about 30 drops.

Special Orders

You can special order a custom formula in bulk with a 1 gallon minimum. It will take 6-8 weeks, depending on current stock. Contact us via email at info@sunandmoonherbs.com to set up a special order.
